A strategic and hands-on individual to lead and optimize our treasury operations. With our significant crypto and fiat assets at your disposal, your role will be critical in driving a robust treasury strategy that balances risk management with yield optimization. This is a unique opportunity to design and execute sophisticated treasury processes for a rapidly growing company.

A Day In The Life

Your day begins by assessing our asset allocation and making data-driven decisions to maintain an optimal balance between crypto and fiat, ensuring we stay aligned with our target ratios. You’ll analyze market conditions, evaluate staking and lending opportunities, and execute trades when conditions are favorable—always with a focus on minimizing exposure to risk.

Later, you’ll engage with internal teams to refine our strategy and update leadership on treasury performance metrics. You'll work on streamlining treasury reporting processes, automating workflows, and improving treasury policies for greater transparency and compliance.

By the end of the day, you’ll have executed trades, onboarded new partners, and documented best practices, contributing to an evolving treasury operations manual. You’ll be in control, optimizing the treasury for profitability and security.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Demonstrable experience in treasury management, crypto asset management, or institutional trading.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory considerations related to crypto treasury management.
• In-depth understanding of crypto markets, staking, and structured options strategies.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to independently build and lead treasury operations, from strategy to execution.

It’d be great — but not necessary — if you also had:

• A network within the crypto finance space, with access to key players in lending, trading, and market-making.
• Experience navigating banking challenges at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and optimizing the management of our crypto and fiat assets, ensuring an optimal liquidity balance and performance.
• Implementing hedging strategies and execute trades at favorable market conditions to manage risk and maximize returns.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on partner exchanges, custodians, and other third-party providers, ensuring they meet our risk and solvency standards.
• Prioritizing yield-generating strategies while managing exposure to volatile assets.
• Leading the development and documentation of treasury policies, including risk management frameworks, operational workflows, and best practices.
• Implementing enhanced KYC/AML procedures for treasury transactions and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Fostering and maintain strong relationships with multiple banking partners.
• Automating treasury reporting and operational processes to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
