As a Sales Specialist, you will expand our premier customer base and identify new growth opportunities, enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement both online and offline.

A Day in the Life

Start your day by connecting with top-tier clients, ensuring white-glove support and service. You make sure to hit the top twenty customers in your portfolio within the first 90 mins of the day through various communication channels. It’s a whirlwind of multi-tasking, but you easily pull it off!

By mid-day, you’re analyzing data reports to identify growth opportunities and utilize available tools to drive this growth. For example, you identify a customer who has been inactive for 30 days and reach out via chat to welcome them back, discuss their favorite sports or games to re-engage them, while finding out key intelligence.

After lunch and a quick workout at our office gym, it’s time to review the current tournament list to ensure ongoing communication with participating customers. This is our biggest event this month and you’re critical to ensuring it goes off well. You directly message the top 10 players on the leaderboard to keep them engaged and strategize your tactics to motivate the bottom 10 customers to remain active before circulating to your manager for approval.

As the day winds down, you’re on the phones and chat lines reviewing and responding to feedback from customers. Once the last chat is done and happy, you’re happy, too! Time to relax and enjoy some downtime

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Demonstrable success in a high-volume, internal sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills for sales operation analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Innovative thinking to spot trends and opportunities in the high-net-worth individual and luxury sectors.
• You’re comfortable with data and people.
• Experience with digital marketing, event management, and partnership development.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

It’d be great — but not necessary — if you also had:

• Experience in sports, entertainment, or cryptocurrency industries.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analysis tools.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in languages spoken by our key clientele.

You will be responsible for:

• Engaging customers directly to ensure personalized and exceptional service.
• Identifying high-value customers and growth opportunities through sales analysis.
• Developing and managing strategies for customer acquisition across various channels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Executing targeted communication and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
• Planning and executing exclusive events to reinforce customer loyalty and elevate our brand.
